Hotel Alegria - Cabarete

Nice hotel with 24-hour reception, outdoor dining area, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with directions. Highly recommend it, and I'm excited to come back for Christmas!

Lovely place with decent views of the ocean.

The property was clean with attentive stuff. Booked the hotel for its marvellous and stunning location adjacent to the beach, restaurants and a supermarket, which have that charming, and restaurants. The food was brilliant, had variety of options.

The location is conveniently close to the beach.

I faced a major issue with my door lock. I could only lock my door one night out of six, which left me feeling quite anxious about my belongings and safety. Although the staff assured me it was safe, they couldn't resolve the lock issue , unacceptable.

peaceful venue, good bar area, fantastic location to the bars -- -which were also great. location near the beach and beining central to the hub and which have that charming. for shots visit voyvoy, nestled within 10 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Unresponsive staff!

The hotel is peaceful, clean. Honest and welcoming staff throughout. Nice building and rooms with a/c. Marvellous location with free parking for guests.

It's just a 4-minute walk to the beach and close to plenty of shops and restaurants. My room was cleaned daily, awesome. Plus, the staff were always ready to help out. Definitely coming back 😊

The location was spot on, just a short walk to the beach and very nice restaurants. The room was spacious with a lovely view. Door lock issue was a bummer, but the friendly staff made up for it!

Spacious rooms feature large ceiling fans and fine views of palm trees and turquoise waters. The outdoor lounge is a nice spot to chill out after spending time on the nearby beautiful beaches.

Unfortunately, the door lock malfunctioned after the first night, leaving me uneasy about my belongings for the rest of my stay. Aside from complimentary coffee, there were no food or snacks available on-site.

My door lock was broken after one night-really alarming! And other than coffee, no food or snacks? I mean, i would've thought maybe a complimentary snack for the pain and struggle, but i guess that's asking for too much.

A good retreat! The cheerful staff uplifted my stay while the charming Kapuy's restaurant was so nice with its very nice food. Perfect proximity to beach bliss!

Recommend it for Single travelers

The location is perfect, just a 3 minute walk to the beach and only a minute to the grocery store, super convenient. Peter, the staff guy, was accommodating and helped me anytime I needed something.

It wasn't inexpensive but still acceptable for what you get.

The Studio with A/C was nice and spacious, super clean every day. I loved the big ceiling fan that really kept the room cool. My window view was lovely, with palm trees and a glimpse of the beach! The shower had great water pressure, which I appreciated after a day outside. But, I did have one night where I felt uneasy about my door lock-it was a bit sketchy. Still, the vibe of the place made up for it!

I had a great time at this place and would definitely come back, as the location was fantastic with boutiques and a supermarket just a short walk away.

A good pick for a holiday in Cabarete with value for price. The outdoor lounge area is a great spot to relax after a day at the beach. Make sure to try the local fruit stands nearby.
